Nearest airport is Nice - lots of airline connections including low-cost carriers. Easiest is to take bus direct from Nice airport, bus stop is only 100 metres from apartment, journey time approx 1 hour. If coming by car exit the A8 motorway and follow signs to Monaco then Monte Carlo / Casino. One can also arrive by train - Monte Carlo station is 5 minutes from the apartment. And one can come from Nice Airport by helicopter - it costs about the same as a taxi from Nice but it's more fun and faster.

The apartment is bright and airy and has a lovely living ambience. It is spacious, about 100 SqM (~1,000 Sq Ft). Comprises; Living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, bedroom, laundry room. The living & dining room is ~50SqM, the dining table sits 8 people comfortably and the sofa-bed in the living room can be opened out into a full double bed. Some living/dining room furniture is antique and some also contemporary. Electronic equipment includes 1.1M (43.5 ins) flat-screen TV, DVD, VCR, Radio/CD player, plus a large selection of DVDs and music. The kitchen is fully fitted, clean and contemporary; electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. The bedroom, located at the back and quietest side of the apartment, has a USA king-size bed and plenty of built-in wardrobe space as well as two stand-alone units. There is a small laundry room off the bedroom containing the washing machine as well as towels etc. Floor covering is parquet throughout except for the tiled hallway and bathroom. In addition to the double-bed and sofa-bed there is also a fold-away single bed, total sleep = 5. Air conditioned bedroom.

The balcony receives plenty of sunlight in the morning and in the afternoon and is perfect for breakfast as well as an afternoon glass of wine.
